The role

alongside a dedicated team of Consultants.
Ensure business development,
reverse marketing and cold calling prospective employers and manage a caseload,
meet contractual guidelines, and apply National Standards for Disability
Services and quality assurance (ISO 9001) requirements, whilst providing
structured and individualised ongoing post placement support.
About you
You will have proven experience
working within the DES and or JSA sectors, you regularly achieve set KPI’s and
naturally possess the drive and resilience to cold call or reverse market to
prospective employers. Demonstrated ability to establish a rapport with
relevant community organisations, other stakeholders and allied health
professionals is essential.
- Knowledge of disabilities
- Diploma/Degree in a related field desirable if no
relevant experience - Driver’s licence
