• A University degree (A0) from a recognized University in Accounting or other acceptable qualifications with Technician qualification
• Age : Not more than 30 years
• No experience required
2. Accountant (1)
• A Rwandan
• A0 in Public Finance, Accounting, Management, specializing in Finance/Accounting, or other field plus Professional qualification recognized by IFAC (ACCA, CPA) with2 years working experience
• Knowledge of Smart IFMS is an added advantage
