SAIL is looking for competent personnel for recruitment to the following posts:
Attendant-cum-Technician(Trainee)
Pay Scale: Rs.8630- 3%- 12080
Age: Maximum 28 years
Qualification:
Matriculation or equivalent and ITI.
Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee)
Pay Scale: Rs.9160 -3%- 13150
Age: Maximum 28 years
Qualification:
Diploma in Engineering ( Metallurgy, Chemical, Ceramics, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Instrumentation etc).
Application Fee:
(i) Application must be accompanied by the prescribed application fees and postal charges in the form of a Crossed Demand Draft from any Nationalised Bank payable at Burnpur drawn in favour of ‘Steel Authority of India Ltd – IISCO Steel Plant’ OR Pay in slip as per Annexure-I issued by designated branch of Axis Bank as mentioned at Annexure-II. In Pay in Slip the job code should be mentioned as ACT(T) for the post of Attendant-cum-Technician(Trainee) and OCT(T) for the post of Operator-cum-Technician(Trainee).
Applications submitted without fees / postal charges and incorrect address of the draft are liable to be rejected.
How To Apply:
1) Interested eligible candidates should apply giving full particulars in PRESCRIBED FORMAT by downloading from the web site www.sail.co.in only as indicated along side and shall attach necessary self attested copies of certificates and testimonials for proof of Age, Qualification etc, along with passport size recent colour photographs duly signed at the back of the photograph. Same photograph should be affixed for the entire process of recruitment and selection whenever required. Application must be filled in BLOCK
CAPITAL LETTERS IN ENGLISH ONLY.
2) Application complete in all respect must reach at POST BOX No. 10, Post Office: Palam Road, Gurgaon Pin 122015 latest by 09.04.2011 through ordinary post only. Application received other than ordinary post will not be accepted in any case. If applications are sent through courier / registered post, the same will not be accepted. Envelope containing the application should clearly super-scribed ‘Application for the post of Attendant-cum-Technician(Trainee) or Operator-cum-Technician(Trainee) in SAIL-ISP‘. The application received after the due date will not be accepted.
3) The decision of SAIL-ISP, Burnpur in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance, rejection of the application, issue of call letters, mode of selection, conduct of written test, allotment of examination centre, interview, verification of testimonials and selection will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this connection.
