The
Position
Position
To
be considered for this role, you should be a qualified Mechanical Engineer with
a building services background of 6 + years post graduate experience, have
experience in the design of commercial fitout projects, building refurbishment,
plant upgrades and replacement, possess excellent communications skills
and enjoy working in a team environment. The role includes all facets of
mechanical engineering relating to existing commercial buildings and does not
include works for new structures such as Domestic Apartments,
Public or Commercial Buildings.

This
position will be responsible for:

- Mechanical
Services designs for commercial office fitout/data centres/plant upgrades
and replacement - Developing
Mechanical Services reports for potential tenants, purchasers and
sellers - Undertaking
site inspections - Represent
Aston at client/project meetings - Coordinating
with Multi-discipline teams - ESD
Engineering and advice - Working
closely with clients - Aston
Directors encourages building strong client relationships - Attend
internal management meetings and be included in day to day operational and
company activities
