Assistant Spa Manager Job Vacancy in Singapore

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all Member services are being carried out in a professional and efficient manner
• Monitor and assess quality control in various aspects of the Spa operations
• Track monthly sales and operating expenses
• Manage store inventory and purchase orders
• Orientate and train new and/or existing therapists
• Formulate new treatments and train Spa staff on proper treatment protocols
• Manage the Spa Front Desk and oversee operations when required
• Update and oversee implementation of new Standard Operating Procedures
• Assist with the planning and execution with the annual budget

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Studies
• Must possess either CIBTAC or CIDESCO certification
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role in the Spa Industry
• Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse team
• Ability to multi-task and managing varying function at the same time
