density projects, including residential apartments and offices.

You will not be managing projects, but will be coordinating a variety of projects
at one time, mentoring a small team of Drafters and liaising with the Project
Manager as to when the project will be completed. All documentation is complete
in house. The successful individual will have a varied role liaising with
external consultants and working closely with other teams including Sales and
Marketing and Estimating.

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

• Must
  understand Apartments and medium density projects
  
• Have
  worked on multiple projects at one time
• Previous experience in
  an Architecture practice 
• Commercial
  experience- apartments and offices
• Must
  be confident working autonomously
• Problem
  solving and mentoring skills with Junior Drafters
  
• Experienced Documentation
  experience
  
• Excellent
  communication and interpersonal skills
• AutoCAD
  and ideally ArchiCAD professional experience
