ARINC is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Aviation Programs in Hong Kong. The Business Analyst will perform all project coordination for the division. He/She will support the Program Managers, Account Managers and the team in the preparation and coordination work for purchasing and logistics related matters for the business unit. Thus, he/she will liaise with various internal customers, suppliers and external customers to obtain and update information for such projects especially in tracking program schedules and deliverables. In addition, the successful candidate will prepare worksheets and visuals for projects, develop and maintain EAC for deadline submission, analyze cash flow, manage contracts and invoices as well as assist with the project financials. He/She has to undertake new tasks as assigned by the Senior Director.
Qualifications Two or more years.
Understanding of cost accounting and use of financial analysis tools. Recommends options to decision makers. Knowledge of planning tools and importance of forecasting. Able to plan and forecast lower level tasks and small projects. Solving problems with some management participation. Works with others to implement the overall business strategy. Understanding of business systems and project planning tools. Uses tools and systems to develop forecasts and report results. User levels of understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Able to teach other learned skills.
Typically requires BA/BS degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.
