Project is financed by European Union and
implemented by ARDI INTERNATIONAL RWANDA

Its overall
objective is to promote sustainable socio-economic development at local level
by strengthening participatory governance and encouraging community-based
initiatives throughout Rwanda . It is achieved by local communities and local
governments by undertaking joint planning and joint implementation of
community initiatives. Firs

t phase of the Project started in 2017 and will
take end in 2022. The Project will be operational in 3 districts.

1. Community Development Officers

Required Skills and Experience

University
degree in social science, education science ,public health ,rural
development or equivalent;

Three
years working experience with communities for development activities;

Experience
in working with government and non-government organizations;

Experience
in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint etc.);

Fluency
in English and/ or French ;

Be
able to drive motorcycle is an added value

2. Agronomists (3)

Required Skills and Experience

·
University degree in agriculture , Veterinary or
related field ;

·
Three years working experience for holder of A0 and 10 years working
experience for A2;

·
Relevant skills in agricultural Value chain is an added advantage

·
Fluency in English or French

Good
knowledge in computer ( MS word and excel)

Be
able to drive motorcycle is an added value

3. Admin assistant (1)

Required
Skills and Experience

· A1 or A2 with 5 years working experience in secretariat , accountancy and related
field

Experience in the usage of computer and
office software packge(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);

· Being
of Rwandan nationality

· Secondary
school or vocational school level A3

· Driving
license category B
