Arcadia
College is seeking to employ an experienced School Administration Officer to
join our dynamic team. Ideally we are looking for an applicant who can
demonstrate adaptability, experience in a school administration role and
someone looking to grow and develop with the College.
This
is a full time position working hours 8am -4pm Monday to Friday.
Essential
Criteria
  • Excellent
    communication (written/oral), computer, reception and office skills
  • Customer
    service skills
  • Ability
    to exercise confidentiality, discretion and initiative
  • Organisational
    planning and management skills
  • Attention
    to detail
  • Dedication
    to helping educate our young people
  • Proficiency
    in an IT environment (Apple preferred)
  • Blue
    card for Child Related Employment
  • Trouble
    shooting and resolving queries of parents, students and staff
  • Experience
    in maintaining school administrative records such as student databases,
    enrolments, attendance
Desirable
Criteria
  • Familiarity
    with TASS database system
  • Knowledge
    of school working environments
  • Adaptability
    and flexibility in a constantly growing school environment
