INVITED FROM QUALIFIED PERSONNEL IN THE BELOW FIELD FOR PERMANENT CONTRACT OF
EMPLOYMENT TENABLE AT AN EXCLUSIVE COFFEE SHOP AT AIRPORT JUNCTION MALL
Purpose of Post
• Prepare pizzas,
breads and other pastas as requested by customers.
Main Duties Include
• Prepare dough by
kneading and stretching as required.
• Add toppings according to order slips.
• Manage pizza time in the oven.
• Deliver pizza to the counter or the customer when needed.
• Slice pizza according to size and customer specifications.
• Assist in cleaning workplaces.
• Prepare all raw materials required for cooking such as cutting all vegetables
and preparing dough.
• Monitor and ensure exact measurement of all ingredients for all food items.
• Prepare all package food items and ensure warmth for same such as hamburgers.
• Assisting in the training and development of new staff from time to time.
• Performing other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
(Qualifications, Experience & Competencies)
The Person must
have;
• Completed Junior Certificate level
• Cooperation and team spirit
• Outclass communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work within deadlines and to multitask
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience in Pizza making.
