RESIDENT ENGINEERS (C & S)
(Selangor – Project Site)
Responsibilities:
To ensure that projects are built in accordance with plans, special provisions, approved standards & estimates & provide engineering advice to assist in on-site problems solving.
Requirements:
• Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planning or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in property development industry with at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge in construction management, contract administration & budgeting.
• Well versed in architecture, structural, mechanical & electrical works.
• Knowledge in engineering design detailing & able to make quick decision on contractual & site matters.
• Good interpersonal, problem solving & communication skills, independent & computer literate
