ASSISTANT PROJECT ENGINEERS
(Selangor – Kota Damansara)
Responsibilities:
To assist the Senior Project Engineer or Deputy Project Manager to plan & monitor the progress development activities of projects & to liaise with appointed consultants & relevant authorities on matters pertaining to projects.
Requirements:
• Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planning or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in property development industry with at least 1 year working experience in similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge in construction management, contract administration & budgeting.
• Well versed in architecture, structural, mechanical & electrical works.
• Knowledge in engineering design detailing & able to make quick decision on contractual & site matters.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently & computer literate.
