A fantastic opportunity is available for a Senior Urban Designer to join a
multi-discipline consultancy who are well respected and deliver major projects
across Urban Development Their urban design and Landscape architect team are
looking for an experience Urban design to t

ake off some of the workload and
help deliver projects with their major clients.

Working as a senior urban designer / Project Manager to complement the existing
team and senior management to deliver on new and existing projects. Your role
will also see you mentoring and training junior staff as well as well as
getting involved in business development.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Urban Designer:

Develop,
implement, monitor and review a broad range of urban design projects and
ensure expected outcomes, budget and deadlines are met.
Implement
urban design frameworks, plans, policies, strategies, feasibility studies
and technical guidelines
Provide
expert advice to internal and external stakeholders
Review
existing urban design controls

The
right candidate will have:

Relevant
local experience in Victoria (ideally Greenfield Sub Divisions / Estate
Design is preferred)
5+
years of experience in Urban design
Experience
working within a consulting or government environment where you have a
track record of effectively managing client relationships and expectations
Project
management skills (ideal but not essential)
Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a
diverse and multi-disciplinary environment
