We are working with some of the major consultancies that are known for
delivering these types of major infrastructure projects and they are keen to
talk with you if you have the following experience.

The key elements to this role is having an excellent understanding and
knowledge of working to local Australian design standards for roads and
highways – You will possess relevant experience in providing technical advice
and co-ordination of design for roads, earthworks and drainage and you will be
fully conversant within either InRoads or MX. There are 3 – 6 month contract
and permanent opportunities on offer here..

Key Skills to apply for the Senior Civil Highways Roads Engineer positions
are:

• Bachelor
  degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field (Designers will also be
  considered)
• Advanced
  user of InRoads – MX – Microstation – AutoCAD
• Mid
  to Senior levels available Min 3 + years OR senior 6 + Years’ experience
  within a Civil Transport role (ideally most or all within Highways or
  Roads)
• Experience
  delivering major transport projects across Highways – Roads – Rail or
  other related transport projects (Must have some project delivery in
  Australia)
• Experience
  in design of major highways, drainage, sewer and water infrastructure,
  stormwater drainage, pavements, bulk earthworks, bridges and culverts,
  rural and urban roads etc
• Engineering
  consulting environment
• Excellent
  written and verbal communication skills

• Be
  familiar with specifications and guidelines of Department of Transport,
  Water Authorities & VicRoads.
• Victorian
  experience (not essential, Australian experience would suffice)
• Public
  or Private sector experience
• Technical,
  design management skills
• Certified
  Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation (Ideal but not essential)
