Registered
Migration Adviser OR
Visa
Assistant to Registered Migration Agent
Your main
responsibilities include:
Registered
Migration Adviser
- Work
independently to provide accurate visa information and professional advice
to prospective clients; - Handle
visa applications, to ensure all the paper work are prepared properly
accordingly to the regulations; - Work
closely with other team members to ensure that clients receive the best
possible professional service and advice. - Assist
the office manager to conduct marketing activities
Visa
Assistant to Registered Migration Agent
- Work
under the supervision of the company registered migration agent to provide
work as an assistant; - Work
closely with the team and assist the office manager to conduct marketing
activities; - Proficiency
in social media promotion e.g. Wechat etc.
The selection
criteria include:
Must
be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority
Australia (MARA ) or on the path to be registered migration agent.
Have
an in-depth knowledge of Australian migration law and procedure and meet high
professional and ethical standards.
Experience
working in a similar role and understand the needs of on-shore students.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese.
High
level of problem solving and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated
sales achievement and the ability to work in a team.
Good
MS skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as knowledge in using
part of Adobe in design software (e.g. Photoshop).
High
level of customer service skills
Mature
thinking with strong sense of responsibility
Education
Counselor
Your main
responsibilities include:
- Provide
accurate information to prospective students and their families, and give
professional advice on the selection of institutes and programs. - Handle
students’ applications based on the school entry requirements and
admission procedures; and facilitate the student enrolment process - Assist
team leader to conduct e-marketing and promotional activities
The selection
criteria include:
Knowledge
of Australia education framework and visa issues
Experience
working in a similar role and understand the needs of on-shore students
Strong
sense of responsibility and high level customer service skills
Demonstrated
sales achievement and the ability to work in a team
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
High
level of problem solving and negotiation skills
Experiences
in organizing student activities are highly regarded
Good
MS skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills
in Photoshop /in-design or IT is add-up bonus
Knowledge of social
media
