to the Executive Director, The Senior Credit Relationship Manager works
directly with Clients, Credit Executives and Relationship Managers to complete
the broader credit assessment function and ensure an optimal portfolio. The
Senior Credit Relationship Manager provides coaching and mentoring to Assistant
Managers as well, holding an important linkage into the leadership team.

Skills,
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Experience in a
relationship management role within financial services - Excellent
credit/risk assessment and financial modelling skills - Strong
interpersonal and collaborative skills with an ability to negotiate and
influence outcomes with stakeholders at all levels - Proven ability
in having open and robust discussions, being able to constructively
challenge the status quo and encouraging others to do so - Has a broad
knowledge of capital markets and financial structuring knowledge and is
able to apply this is in a constructive manner with the customer - Strong
communication skills – both written and verbal
