Job Description
ANZCO Foods UK is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with experience in Primary Produce or Agricultural products and/or grocery retailer account management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing superior Customer Service to valuable key customers
• Managing these accounts and proactively seeking ways to add value
• Being a key link in communication between the key customers and the wider business
• Developing new customer accounts and relationships
• Pro-actively contributing towards the growth of the business

The role will be split between being office based and visiting Key customers throughout Southern England and Wales.

Desired Skills & Experience
You will require a UK driving licence and clean passport and should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
• Proven track record dealing in Key Account management
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills
• The ability to think strategically and actively contribute to business plans efficiently and effectively
• A strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft application with a high level of numeracy and literacy
• Self-motivated and the ability to prioritise a high workload
• A proven team player with professional communication, presentation and report writing expertise

Company Description
Anzco Foods (UK) comprises an office located in the Bates Business Centre in Harold Wood, and a branch office, located in Oudenaarde, Belgium. The General Manager is based in the UK office. Annual turnover is approximately £80m.

The Business is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anzco Foods New Zealand, New Zealand’s third largest meat company.

The role of the business is to market, import and distribute chilled and frozen meat and meat products to customers around the UK and Europe.

We are seeking a suitably qualified individual to take on the role of Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be become a key member of the team. They will be reliable and conscientious as well as extremely energetic and motivated. Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills are essential as are a good sense of humour and creative flair.
