The
Role

This
is a newly created position. We are seeking an Executive Support Officer to
join our well established and friendly firm. This role will require you to work
closely with and report to the General Manager and provide administrative
support to the management team. It is an all-encompassing role assisting in the
smooth day-to-day running of the firm.
Key
Responsibilities
  • Assist
    the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the firm
  • Oversee
    and supervise administrative operations
  • Develop
    and implement policies and procedures in consultation with the General
    Manager
  • Manage
    HR policy development and implementation including recruiting, induction
    and training
  • Supervise
    administrative staff across 4 locations
  • Provide
    administrative support to the management team
  • In
    consultation with the management team and relevant committees, ensure that
    the cultural values of the firm are maintained
  • Oversee
    work health safety compliance across all sites
  • Assist
    with the firm’s online marketing program (social media, website and direct
    marketing) in consultation with the Marketing Manager
  • Attend
    and assist, where required, major client events

About
you
To
be considered for this role you must have:
  • Minimum
    of 3 years of experience in a similar role,
     ideally
    within a professional services environment but not essential
  • Exceptional
    organisational, administrative and time management skills
  • Highly
    developed analytical and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated
    leadership skills
  • Ability
    to forge outstanding interpersonal relationships with internal and
    external stakeholders and staff
  • Highly
    developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative
    to identify opportunities for improvement and implement projects and ideas
  • Ability
    to work autonomously and independently to achieve objectives
  • A
    team orientated individual with a collaborative and inclusive approach
  • Attention
    to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrated
    experience with online marketing including website content, SEO and
    management of social media platforms
  • A
    sense of energy and purpose
