To provide a high quality of customer service in a helpful and professional manner in areas of Administration and Reception.
This isn’t just another bland office admin job. This is your chance to become part of our dynamic Home & Community Care team, delivering quality support within our friendly Cottesloe based office. You will be afforded real and tangible responsibility to be able to deliver on the key aspects within this full time position.
What would make me successful in this role?
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people at various levels
• Advanced word processing and Microsoft word skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette technique
• Ability to quickly learn new computer packages
• Excellent basic administration skills, including accurate filing and management of client and personal files, mail merge and letter writing skills, handling all incoming and outgoing mail and responding to external and internal service related queries.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills (multi-tasking is your mantra)
• An eye for detail, nothing escapes your attention
• High quality customer service
• Knowledge and experience in the Health Sector and specifically Aged Care would be advantageous
• Proactive initiator of work
