More specifically your scope of responsibilities will include:
• Reaching out to government representatives to discuss company’s product offering and to build relationships
• Working on projects across Canada and the US
• Taking part in trade shows and conferences across the continent
• Developing marketing materials and preparing presentations
• Providing post-sale support and technical advice to clients as required
You will be representing a company with a unique niche product that has received a lot of attention worldwide.
Here is what we are looking for:
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-7 years of experience in professional sales (business-to-business)
• Experience conducting in-person client presentations
• Prior exposure to long-cycle sales in a non-aggressive environment
• Ability to travel across North America and occasionally to Europe (the latter being for sales meetings in such locations as South of France, Jordan, the Alps)
• Valid driver’s license
• Flawless command of the English language (French is an asset)
• Desire to grow with the company and help build the local branch
The position offers a base salary of $45,000 (flexible if you have experience selling products or services to municipalities) and an annual bonus of $10,000. You will also be receiving commission after 1-2 years of employment. As part of the package, you will have full insurance benefits (including dental and long/short term disability). You will also have a cell phone with an international plan, as well as all expenses paid and other perks.
