specialisms include Government & Commercial, Supply Chain & Logistics,
Trades & Construction, Production & Manufacturing and Nursing. Our
geographical reach covers Brisbane, Central Coast (NSW), Sydney, Canberra &
Melbourne.
An opportunity is now available within our Canberra branch for a Branch Manager
to further develop our presence in the ACT region. Taking control of our
Government, Commercial & Industrial business you will also take the lead in
managing branch staff, growing new desks and building both temp and perm
revenues.
As the Branch Manager, you will be given a lot of autonomy and support to
further develop the branch and grow the team.
Candidate requirements:
•You will ideally be an experienced Branch Recruitment Manager – however this
opportunity is also open to a Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take the
next step in their career
•You will be an effective leader, capable of supporting and developing staff to
achieve their potential
•This is a hands-on role, so requires a sleeves-rolled-up approach
•You need to bring a dynamic, can-do attitude – someone who can bring solutions
and contribute ideas
*You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have
the natural ability to deal with people at all levels and from all walks of
life!
