• Acts as the focal point to the investment community with the role of communicating and educating potential investors on behalf of the bank.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with analysts, investors, prospective investors, and other financial institutions.
• Communicates timely and effectively through telephone and personal contacts, written materials and presentations.
• Responds to shareholder/analyst requests for information. Determines the appropriateness of the disclosure and responds with accurate information in a timely manner.
• Prepares management presentations which include slides presentations, annual report, and others.
• Reviews external research reports issued by brokerage firms regarding their perception of the Company, the industry, and competitors and provides analysis to senior management.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience working with or within the banking/ financial institutions.
• Knowledge of investor relations demonstrated through relevant work experience required.
• Have in-depth financial and investment analysis and writing skills.
• Possess good presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial transactions.
