We are currently
seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser / Store Manager for a Fulltime role
with an independent optometry practice located in Chatswood NSW.
The working hours
will be 38 hours per week, working on a rotating roster covering Saturday and
Sunday. You will have every second weekend off, with working hours from 10am to
6pm on weekdays (8pm on Thursdays), 10am to 5pm on Saturdays, and 11am to 4pm
on Sundays.
To be successful in
this position you will ideally have previous experience as an Optical Dispenser
with store management duties, however experienced Optical Dispensers looking to
take the next step will also be considered for this role.
You will have the
skills and ability to motivate and lead a young team, provide training to new
and existing staff, and provide a very high level of customer service to
clients. You will also have a good understanding of fashion and able to provide
high quality advice.
