Featured Advert: This advert appears on specific post/pages specified by the advertiser/company. The ad format can be in any of these size (338×280, 250×250, 480×60, 125×125, 60×468, 100×100 etc). Or appears as a post describing the advert ( Note to appear as a post it must be career related).

Classified Ads: This advert appears on sidebar of all pages including the homepage and the ad format is standard 125×125 pixels only.

The Top side Spot all pages: This is the Ideal/Hot spot. The image size will be standard 200 x 200/250×250 pixels. The Company or Advertiser will use the space to promote its services on Top side of all our pages including homepage.

The Lower Spot Ad: This is a 468 x 60 pixels ad size/link advert that will redirect to the advertisers landing page that will showcase the advertisers services or products on the bottom of the homepage.

Link/Text Ads: This appears on the bottom of all posts as a link Note more that 90 Characters
