Airtel Marketing Manager, Data Services Job Vacancy in Ghana

Job Purpose:
To direct and oversee the innovation, development and
management of all Data services in Airtel Ghana including 3G, Blackberry and
Devices.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensures the availability at all times of innovating Data
Products, Services and Devices in the product development pipeline Leads in
the development of unique products and services that deliver value to
identified segments based on feedback from the Acquisition unit Benchmark
available products and services offered by competition and where necessary
respond Manages the entire process of product development and launch of new
data products and services for timely launch with high quality Ensures
thorough testing of all new products and services, and issuance of Product
Readiness and Go-Live Certificate
Bachelors in Business, Compute Science or
Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications MBA in Marketing,
Postgraduate degree with specialization in Marketing or Professional
Qualification in Marketing such as CIM would be preferred 5-7 years of
work experience with  5 years of relevant experience in telecoms Of
these 3-5 years should be in telecom products development A minimum of 3
years in Management role Sound understanding of generic Telco customer facing
applications Extensive knowledge of Data services including 3G
Understanding and experience in systems integration
