AGR Field Operations is a leading provider of essential services & technologies to the international oil & gas servicing company. In line with our expansion, we are inviting experienced & dedicated individuals to fill the below positions
Responsibilities:
• Documentation and data gathering – topside static process equipment:
Establish a master identification system as TAG-numbers and inspection point definition
• RBI analyses – topside static process equipment and static equipment.
Establish the probability for loss of containment as well as consequence potential for loss of containment of the static process system is to quantified for each TAG. The basis will be the procedure defined by DNV RPG-101 and NORSOK Z-008 , and NORSOK N-005, as well as AGR’s own detailed procedures.
The probability for failure or damage affection the load bearing capacity of structure estimated by use of Structural Reliability Analyses. The consequence potential of structural failure/damage affecting the strength is estimated.
• Inspection Program – topside static process equipment and structure:
Establish the long term inspection program/inspection strategy i.e. state prioritizing of pipe tag and drums with regards to information needed to be collected as well as strategy for the data collection.
An inspection program for collection of data for validation of the inspection scheduling tool / SRA-model, is also to be defined.
• Long term inspection plans:
Identify all relevant inspection point based on output from the RBI analysis. Define scope of inspection based on outputs from the RBI analysis, the inspection strategy documents and degradation detection requirements.
