Responsibilities:
Management Information System
• Administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the HR Information System
• Manage ITSR/ITSC in related to HR information system
• MIS activities such as inventory check, system access review and system enhancement request
• Assists in maintain HR Portal contents.
Statistics and Analytical
• Provide quality HR statistics and analysis.
• Monitor, evaluate and identify potential HR issues from generated HR statistics.
• Manage monthly and ad hoc analysis reporting to agreed timeline.
• Maintaining of HR statistics to relevant external institutions and internal HR manages
• Conduct quality check on staff data
• Extract raw HR data via system tool.
Process improvement
• Contribute to operational process improvement activities via automation
Review and continue improving HR workload/workflow data
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or Degree in IT / HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 or 3 years of working experience.
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel including the use of formulas and pivot tables in Excel reporting and analysis
• Process knowledge in other basic MS applications
• Good numerical, analytical and statistical
• Able to work independently, as well as good team player.
• Able to communicate well with all levels and multi-task.
Knowledge on HTML and Microsoft Macro Command/VBA will be advantage
