- Design,
develops and maintains customer implementations - Analyses
requirement and develops innovative, useful software solutions - Modifies
existing product configurations to add new functions, adapt to new
hardware, improve performance or enhance product usability - Involved
in all aspects from detail configuration to high level system design - Provides
post-sales/implementation technical support services to customers
including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and
maintenance of products and services produced by the organization and/or
third parties - Responds
to technical questions from customers and diagnoses, troubleshoots and
resolves technical issues regarding products and services Ensures customer
satisfaction by advising customer on preventative maintenance and
configurations that may favorably impact performance - Full
end-to-end implementation of company’s projects and experience how the
solutions solve customers business requirements - Participate
in technical selling to customers or partners or training of them as well
as consulting tasks - Play

- Degree
in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering - Few
years of knowledge in Java Programming, Unix environment, Shell scripting
and Database (especially Oracle) - This
role is based in Petaling Jaya office, but a high degree of travel is
required mainly in the Asia-Pacific region, but also globally to support
our global business needs - Willingness
to travel and spend time abroad is important for a successful applicant
for this position (>60% of your time) - Fluent
in English, reading and writing - Hands-on
with a focus on quality and deadlines - Able
to work on own initiative and are a good team player - Thrive
around challenges and are good at analysis and problem solving. - Recent
