CONSTRUCTION
MANAGER (6-8yrs Exp in Wastewater Treatment/Sewerage) – SHAH ALAM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and execute
multi-dicipline projects, including planning
resources, organising work place / storage areas and preparing
construction work schedules.
Conduct meeting with clients,
consultants, suppliers, statutory bodies and subcontractors
which requires strategic decisions on technical, contractual
and commercial issues.
Resource planning, scheduling
of works and problem solving.
Report and track construction
progress and Vos and advise any deviations and actions to be
taken.
Exercise diligence in making
sound decisions to protect the company’s interest.
Carry himself / herself
professionally in the execution of duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

At
least a minimum
of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction
Management.
Minimum of 6 years to 8
years of working experience in
similar roles and related field required for this
position.
Experience in urban
civil / infrastructure projects
is highly desirable.
Well versed with sewer
construction network & possess experience in managing urban
pipelaying work.
