African Barrick Gold System Coordinator Job Vacancy in Tanzania

We seek to appoint System Coodinator at our North Mara Gold Mining operation.

Reporting to the HME Engineer/ES Manager

KEY RESULT AREAS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


• Develop and maintain a database of component costs per machine fleet category and report on same for management review
• Maintain control of parts ordering and parts receiving process from records within the ERP system(Pronto and FlowCentric)
• Expedite outstanding parts orders through Pronto reporting system on all outstanding maintenance and project orders.
• Maintain Records of all shipment movements for all orders placed for maintenance and project works orders
• Monitor service provider performance for vender assessment and delivery of goods and services according to service level agreement
• Oversee and manage parts supply contractors with regards to lead times and signed contracts of agreement and administer non-conformances where necessary
• Collaborate and assist service providers in providing better service through monitoring and control of services level agreement KPI’s as set out in signed contracts
• Manage and maintain all contractor services and utilities for all project work according to scope of works and orders placed
• Maintain records and database of all projects works orders and plan for capital expenditure works orders within Pronto system and Qlikview
• Maintain cost code and cost centers and review periodically system structure for accurate and proper management reporting
• Ensure all sole source, blanket orders and service order procedures are adhered to and managed according to company policies and procedure
• Maintain database and records of all ANSI’s raised for material stock establishment through Livelink System
• Liaise with Capital projects controller for effective project closure and costing reports for corporate review
• Maintain records and reporting of project timelines and service delivery as per department needs
• Planning and scheduling and maintaining records of all invoices for all projects and contractors
• Assist in proper implementation of the systems upgrades to Pronto, Livelink, Flow Centric and Qlikview, rollout associated training site wide for these upgrades
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Education Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounts/ Economics
• Secondary level qualification with subject of Accounting, Business, Economics, English
• Good computer knowledge of maintenance planning techniques/software
• Experience in procurement and support system practices and techniques
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite: word processing, spread sheeting and suitable based intranet programming

Experience Requirements:
• Essential to have extensive experience in Pronto, Qlikview, Live link, Flow Centric work packages for development and integrations on site
• Experience in large mining operation or large scale mining Business
• Minimum 8 years experience in a support system
• Driving Ability
• Punctuality
• Ability to liaise and promote liaison between maintenance and project and Administration personnel
