was launched in March 2010 at the request of the GoR (Government of Rwanda) and
with support from DFID, the UK Department for International Development and the
World Bank. The current Development Partners working with AFR are DFID, Sweden,
the MasterCard Foundation and USAID.

building activity for the AFR staff.

Scope of work
Scope of work
- The
proposal shall cover training and consultancy services of a professional
resource person/life coach to provide team building activities to AFR
staff. - The
proposal shall contain a learning session theme, related group
games/activities to be conducted within the one-day learning session. - Provide
the required training materials required for the team building activities,
games, prizes and awards. - Provide
transportation for the resource person to the venue of the team building
event.

Facilitator/Resource Person/Life coach

- Must
have been engaged in other team building activities at least for the past
5 years involving lectures and group activities. - The
proposal shall include a learning session theme, related group
games/activities to be processed within the one day learning session - Provide
the required training materials etc required for the team building, game
prizes and awards. - Provide
transportation for the resource person/life coach

Qualification
Qualification
- Must
have been engaged in other team building activities at-least for the past
5 years - Must
be able to submit a list of client events handled/managed at-least for the
past 5 years - Submit
both a Technical and Financial proposal not later than 31st
October 2017. - Must
be registered in Rwanda

- The
proposal shall be evaluated using the quality and cost based selection
method - The
bidder shall be asked to make a 15-minute presentation of the proposal to
include a brief introduction of the Company/Facilitator, proposed theme,
methodology, and how the team building shall be managed/conducted - Full
payment upon completion
