Support is Australia’s largest independent ground handling company providing
complete customer service solutions to major airlines throughout Australia.
Aero-Care Darwin provides customer service and baggage handling services to
over 100 Virgin Australia aircraft monthly.
We are seeking expressions of interest for Airline Service roles including
customer service and baggage handling.
• You will need to be efficient, reliable and well presented
• You will need to be customer focused and have a desire to deliver exceptional
service
• You will need a vibrant, fresh and fun personality and must be physically fit
as lifting up to 32kg is required
• You will need to be fluent in spoken and written English
• You will need to possess basic computer skills
• You will need to be flexible and available to do shift work that includes
evenings, early starts, late finishes and weekend work. 
Successful applicants will need to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol
screening and dangerous goods training at their own expense prior to commencing
training.
