As
a new product to an already esta

blished client base, the existing practice
provides accounting, tax, compliance and governance advice and services to a
broad range of clients. As part of a global business line, this new team will adopt
existing best practice processes, and embed appropriately tailored solutions
for organisations.

Leveraging
off these existing clients and services the firm is looking to establish a
range of specialised Payroll Services. These range from advice around
compliance with Tax and Award legislation, implementation of new payroll
systems and processes to provision of fully outsourced services.
  • 8
    – 10yrs Full Function Payroll management experience in a large or complex
    organisation
  • Demonstrable
    experience of leading a  Payroll system implementation
  • Track
    record of leading process improvement and business transformation
  • Broad
    knowledge in Risk Management of  technical and complex challenges
    faced by Payroll and finance teams
You
will manage engagements with clients as the payroll subject matter expert. With
a hands on approach and consultative style responsibilities will vary on every
piece of work. In addition to improvement of existing process you will lead
system upgrades or full implementations for clients. The group are also
committing significant budget to building fully outsourced Payroll Service,
with the resources to bring technical tax and accounting horsepower to
transactional services.
