Finance and Administrative Officer – Advancing Girls’
Education in Africa (AGE Africa)
Work with the organisation to provide direction in the development of AGE
Africa’s finance systems and manuals, Keep relevant books and records for all
financial transactions, Support the process of
annual and proposal budgeting,
Support organisational financial audits
Provide leadership in the development of the Age Africa’s country programme
administration systems, IT capabilities and HR, Act as the knowledge manager
for institutional information, develop effective procurement system as per the
organisation’s/partners policies
University Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration,
Finance, Accountancy, At least 4 yrs experience in administration and finance,
2 with an NGO or international organisation, Proficiency with QuickBooks
accounting software and Excel strongly preferred, Basic procurement knowledge,
ability to work and interact with people from diverse, backgrounds required.
