Quantity Surveyors (various positions in Singapore and Malaysia)
Qualifications & Experiences
• Diploma & Above
• 3 – 5 years of quantity survey experience
• Pre-contract works including preparation of tender documents, cost planning, budget estimates, evaluation of tenders and preparation of sub-contracts.
• Contracts administration such as valuations of progress payment and variations, financial reviews and attend regular site and consultants’ meetings.
• Post contract procedures involving settlement of final accounts
• Only Malaysian, Singaporean and SPRs are eligible.
Field
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical and process systems is an added advantage
• Experience in working in a Semiconductor plant and consultancy firm is an added advantage
• Able to start at short notice will be advantageous
