The project involves awareness raising in communities and adult literacy training for different groups of young people and adult in the specified counties. ADRA-LIBERIA promotes a participatory rights-focused approach to community involvement and a participatory and learner-friendly methodology in training workshops and learning situations. The adult literacy facilitator will work in a team with the community mobilizers and report to the Project Manger who will be based in Grand Geddeh.
