Our client, a reputable medium sized company is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for;
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Organizing, maintaining diaries and making appointments
• Dealing with correspondence and writing letters
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Providing administrative support to the business.
• Projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Candidate Profile
• Degree/ diploma in a business related field.
• Self driven results-oriented person with outstanding communication skills.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding maturity and initiative.
• 2 years working experience in a similar role an added advantage.
