Location: North York, Ontario
Performs administrative and office support functions for multiple supervisors. Responsibilities may include screening calls, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports. Requires strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility, excellent inter-personal skills, project coordination and ability to work well with all levels of management. Bilingual in French and knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Administrative Duties Include:
• Answer telephone
• Handle shipping request — UPS/Federal express
• Maintain supplies for postage
• Maintain supplies for office equipment
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Type letters
• Pick-up/deliver office mail daily
• Open all incoming mail
• Schedule meetings and conference calls
• Translate English text to French
• Answer French customer service calls
• Handle travel arrangements
• Assist with kitchen duties
• Deposit checks into Bank
• Filing, copying and other office administrative duties
• Report to Director of Marketing and Communications
