Job Description:
Responsibilities:
o Provide general administrative and operational support to the Executive
o Update monthly Headcount File, Employees attendance data, leave records, medical claims and maintain employee data and personnel files
o Generate simple FIN and HR-related letters
o Provide full administrative support for the department
o Handle recruitment coordination
o Managing of staff training & compensation details
o Other ad hoc support
Requirements:
o Fresh graduates, diploma holders or those with related discipline in HR
o Min 1-2 years of related work experience
o Must be numerate and proficient in Excel and Word
o Provide administrative support in HR and FIN department
o Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
