The Tender Document may be obtained
from Actionaid offices located in Gasabo District, Remera sector, Rukiri II
cell, opposite Amahoro stadium, Airport side from 9th March 2016upon
presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand
Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 0043097-62 of
Actionaid opened at Bank of Kigali.
