We are currently representing our clients search for an experienced Contracts
Administrator.
The Role:
The role will be working directly for the client, supporting the compilation
and construction of the tender, evaluation and selection of professional
service contracts, including obtaining firm prices and/or budget estimates for
future works and variations and proof of necessary insurances.
Participating in the performance review and reporting for contractors. Assess
and value variations and contractual claims, insuring that the requirements of
the contracts are met.
- Be
prepared to get on site and work closely with engineers - Report
to Senior Commercial Manager - Strong
communication skills and ability to engage and manage the priorities of
multiple stakeholders. - Project
focused individual with a proven track record of experience in
contract/commercial support of infrastructure projects. - Work
collaboratively in a multi level team - Evaluate
tenders understand guidelines and principles - Be
aware of any potential risks to procurement and contracts and what
actions to take in order to solve these issues.
