product identification and traceability solutions, offering a full line of
reliable and innovative inkjet, thermal transfer, laser, print and apply label
systems and RFID-based systems.

Job
Description

To perform field service, new printer installation and
maintenance on our existing machines at customer locations.
To secure long term maintenance contract with customers.
To provide sales support to the sales team for both
existing and potential customers in term of new
applications, software and sales demonstrations.
To provide training to customers, end users for machine
use.

Job
Requirement

Degree or Diploma in
mechanical or electrical or electronic engineering.
Minimum 2 years
direct experience in field servicing of light to medium industrial or
commercial equipment
Knowledge of PC
application software an advantage.
Direct experience
with printing/coding/marking based on Ink-Jet, Thermal Transfer, and Laser
technologies will be a strong advantage.
Possess Driving License

Other information

5 days work week
Senai, JB
Basic salary is up to RM $ 3000 per
month
