Assistant Engineer, Call Centre
Responsibilities:
Attend to pre- and after-sales customers queries or service at Acer’s Service Hotline.
Communicate/Interact with Acer’s customers and identify technical issue(s); troubleshoot, advise and resolve them to the satisfaction of the customers.
Provide technical (hardware and software), product information/specifications and support to Acer’s customers.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT or a related field with 1-2 years’ hands-on experience in IT (hardware and software) troubleshooting and repairs.
Energetic team player with ability to be a self-starter.
Excellent communication skills, effective customer handling capabilities and attitudinally correct customer service.
