ACCOUNTS / PURCHASING ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
* Handle Full sets of Accounts
* Submission of GST returns
* Process suppliers’ invoices and payment
* Preparation of Employee Claim Reimbursements
* Assist in audit, statutory requirements and tax filing for company
* Manage supplier relations for successful execution of purchase orders.
* Follow up and expedite on delivery of urgently required materials.
* Negotiate pricing with suppliers (prefer English and Chinese)
Requirements:
* Degree / Diploma in Accountancy LCCI Cert / Purchasing Management or equivalent.
* Min 3 years of experience in the construction industry
* Familiar with UBS Software
* Excellent organizational, time management and communication (verbal & written) skills
* Able to work independently & multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft office applications
* Applicants must be SINGAPOREANS, PRs OR MALAYSIANS.
