Accountant (West/ Training Institution/ URGENT)(REF:ST)
SGD 3000 – 3500
Responsibilities:
* Supervise accounting staff in the Finance department
* Oversee the monthly closing of accounts
* Prepare financial and management reports
* Consolidation of accounts and expense analysis
* Prepare GST returns, audit schedules and statistical reports
* Ensure internal controls are in place and review their effectiveness
* Any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in financial reporting, management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and cash flow management is required for this position.
* Meticulous, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
* Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
* Applicants must be willing to work in West.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
