Assisting our client, a US firm newly incorporated in Singapore, is on the hunt for energetic and resourceful Accountants to help in the setting up of the company as well as its accounting processes.
Accountant for new Set up
Responsibilities:
* Perform full spectrum of all financial and accounting activities in the firm
* Assist in the implementation of finance and accounting workflow and processes
* Participate in business planning activities, financial forecasting & strategic planning process and providing business decision support to the MD
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and risk management
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Strong foreign exposure and overseas reporting;
* Extensive knowledge and working exposure in L/C negotiation is Mandatory;
* Preferable to possess good working exposure in retail / distribution industries
* An independent, meticulous individual with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills;
* Flexible, possess high levels of energy and vibrancy;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Positive attitude, open mindset, resourceful, team player;
* Open to regional travelling in countries like China and Vietnam;
* Preferably able to start work within short notice and of immediate status highly preferred;
