Due to strong business growth from both existing and new clients, we are seeking an energetic, motivated ‘Account Manager’, to join our Team.
We are looking for a recruiter who would like to be yet another great addition, to a team who has strong influence and respected reputations, in the Melbourne market.
We are looking for self-disciplined recruiters, who are always willing to go the extra mile for their clients and who would enjoy a working environment where there is no micro management, just support.
To be successful in this role you would need to:
• Demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment either permanent or temporary.
• Enjoy building and managing client relationships.
• Have the ability to work to a fast pace environment
• Possess strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
• Be a be self-starter and show initiative.
• The ability to respond immediately to changing priorities and demands.
• Great inter-personal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
