Purpose
of the Job:
Damang

- Ensuring that good mining
practices are followed to facilitate effective select mining - Initiating cost saving
practices and productivity improvement of specially assigned projects - Monitoring the consistency of
discipline within area of responsibility by ensuring the consistency of
sanctions and the handling of grievances - Organising personnel and
equipment to safely and effectively achieve planned targets - Ensuring that all employees
including contractors are in their right PPEs - Visiting all areas of
responsibility and ensuring that correct work procedures are followed - Compiling end of shift reports
- Ensuring own staff are
effectively trained, developed, and supervised - Applying knowledge and

Purpose
of the Job:

candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling survey duties. In

as knowledge of legislation, procedures, standards, and policies to produce
outputs that meet quality standards and requirements to support the operation
