About you

  • Ideally
    have criminal law capacity and/or 2 years PAE experience (Mt Isa has a full range
    of advocacy – experience is important)
  • Court
    and client focused with cultural law clerk support
  • Teamwork-focused,
    strong references, culturally sensitive
  • Driver
    licence (for circuit work in traditional communities)
  • Qld
    Practising Certificate (or equivalent) ready for court
  • Note
    salary base is a guide; ranges on experience and capacity.
