Our client is responsible for the management of one of the state’s major
developments, including managing property, construction and infrastructure
projects. The in-house legal team prides itself o
n providing high quality and
practical legal advice to the business and this is a rare opportunity to be
apart of the valued team.
The role
To be successful in this role you will have 4-10 years + property experience
gained either in-house or within a reputable firm with commercial exposure
advantageous but not essential.
Your workload will be varied and will include:
- Advising
on a range of land, property, construction and infrastructure matters; - Negotiating,
drafting and reviewing contracts on a range of property, infrastructure,
construction and major project transactions, as well as IT products and
services, sponsorship and general consultancy; and - Advising
the procurement division on expressions of interests, tenders and request
for quote.
will also have the opportunity to advise on risk management and legal
compliance issues.
